2022 Event
93rd WOMEN’S INTER-SCHOOL GOLF CHALLENGE CUP
The 2022 Event was be held on Monday 21st March, 2022 at the Commonwealth Golf Club, Glennie Avenue, Oakleigh South, VIC 3167.
Twenty nine teams of past students of member schools competed in an 18-hole stableford event. Four players from each school played in mixed groups with members from other schools. ($120 per player ~ $480 per team)
This is primarily a charity event with an 8:30am shot gun start with lunch to follow. Each year a team of helpers run a produce stall with fresh products, cakes, jams, pickles etc. Approximately $1,200 was taken at this year’s stall. The raffle raised a further $700 so along with each player’s donation with their entry fee, we are hoping to send around $4,000 to support McAuley Community Services for Women.
McAuley Community Services for Women is changing lives and tackling complex and connected problems. The charity supports women and children who have faced family violence and homelessness to take control of their lives.
